Common traits in all our troughs

· All concrete used is 100% cement based. (No Fly Ash or substandard products)

· All concrete used in the manufacture of our products are Quality Assured and designed to Australian Standards.

· All concrete used is produced locally and is of high quality.

· Our products are produced with strength and quality in mind.

· All troughs are heavily reinforced.      

· Galvanized Inlet Protectors are provided to prevent damage to inlet fittings.

· All our fittings are made from high grade stainless steel, brass or galvanized steel.

· We install 100mm brass drains and 50 & 80mm brass inlets in all of our troughs.

· Access to the inlet is through the side of the trough and slightly above centre.

· Placement and location of fittings is standard but we will endeavour to assist if fittings need to be moved or removed.

· All float covers provide internal float protection and are designed to slide along the trough to provide excellent access.

· All troughs are smooth in finish and top edges are rounded or cast square.

· All troughs have floors that are ‘V’ tapered or are curved in shape. This helps when cleaning is required.

· All troughs can be supplied with high and low pressure float valves.
